Plan description

This is a 1 month program designed to Prepare you for Professional Playing Opportunities in Europe. The program consists of 4 x 30-40 minute training sessions that should be completed at a high tempo. This will provide you with an additional 2 hours of individual training/week: If you are serious about playing at the professional level then you need to be completing a weekly program that consists of: x 3- 4 team training sessions = 4-6 hours/week x 1-2 Supplemental Small-group Training sessions = 1-2 hours/week 1 x individual video analysis & watch professional games 2-4 hours/week 4 x Individual Training sessions/week = 2hours /week 6 x 30 mins/day physical preparation = 3 hours/week 6 x 30 mins/day psychological preparation = 3 hours/week
